      Location - it is the only automotive OEM in the Stockholm area

      Cons

      Compensation package is appalling compared with industry averages in Sweden Innovation in Scania is in its death throws, very few employees demonstrate that they have a true passion for their job.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
