None Actually. You can get salary without much effort as long as company is surviving in India.
Cons
1.No Basic company culture 2. They can make anyone your boss,even that person having no experience or exposer. 3.Only have respect for expats, but not for Indian Employees. 4.All managers spend time in pleasing to expats. 5.HR is useless and do only business within dept for hiring. A person started his business after looting a lot. But never been caught resigned just before he thought that he can be caught. He had having very good hold. 6.Poor work culture, most of the people are free and having no work becuase they have no business in India. 7.They copy all design from Volvo and then try to compete with Volvo in India. 8.They doubts Indian employees and have no trust on any Indian employees even many of them bend and try to please them. 9.In short there is no future in this company and there is no ends of cons. It is upto people if they still you want to join this poor company in India. Its big flop show in India even though they having good name in Europe. 10.They have no quality in their products,values for people and respect for any as they claim in their core values. 11. They have all old outdated system, might be used 100 years back.
