Pros
I can confidently say ScaleX has easily one of the best work cultures, if not the best I’ve seen.
Everyone is respectful and knows what they’re doing (which is rare to find).
The founders are pretty chill and fun to work with. No one, to my knowledge, is micromanaged or feels “oppressed.”
I enjoy working at night, and having a remote job helps me use that to my advantage and get more work done than a regular 9–5 schedule.
If you’re a creative person, you’ll really get the opportunity to stretch your mind because the client roster is good, and so are the teams working on them.
Cons
You might have to sometimes work a little extra, I don't exactly hate that because it's meaningful work.
