      Cons

      It's a flat organization without the traditional layers of hierarchy and bureaucracy. This type of organization is not for everyone.

      Working in the CGT field is rewarding. The G-Rex is the gold standard and the sky is blue for this innovative technology. Awesome company and vision to work for!!

      Not for people looking to slide by and stay under the radar. Everyone contributes a lot of time to the companies goal to bring hope to cancer patients.
