Pros

- The company has a solid business model and is relatively stable for a startup. - Interesting domain and challenging problems to solve, especially if you’re interested in finance. - Modern tech stack with well-structured code and architecture. - Possibility to work remotely (no mandatory office days) and limited time work from abroad

Cons

- Terrible work-life balance. Burnout is common, overtime is expected, and there is a strong peer pressure to put in extra hours. Being exploited is the norm. - Toxic environment. No team work, but rather silos focused on how many tasks they will move to done - Low compensation and no bonuses, because we are "still a startup" and "money shouldn’t be the main motivation for work" - Management is there to maintain the status quo. Instead of addressing the issues, leadership enables and promotes the toxic work culture.

Dear colleague, We would like to thank you for your honest feedback on your current situation at Scalable Capital. As feedback is very important in our company, we also greatly appreciate it when we receive constructive criticism. This is the only way we can constantly improve and work on points that may not always be obvious. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with many points at the moment. Especially that you are unhappy with the work-life balance and working conditions. We take your points very seriously and will pass them on to the relevant department. At the same time, I am pleased to read that you rated the technical equipment, job tasks and working models as positive. Kind regards, Anesa
