A few days before Christmas, officially to encourage socialisation among employees, the company suddenly reduced the remote working benefit from 60 to 15 days per year. The announcement was made by email, citing unlikely regulatory reasons, and there was no room for discussion. Suddenly making employees' lives so much worse and not keeping the promises made at the time of hiring is unacceptable for a serious company, and who knows what will happen in the future.
