Friendly and supportive management (thank you for everything) Good job opportunity for young people with no experience. I’ve started with no prior experience in property industry, however plenty of training was given. Manager Elina and maintenance supervisor (haha) were my best teachers ever. Business owner is a nice guy, always polite and professional. Even though he knows you’ve missed something he asked you to do, he simply asks again. No pressure at all, he knows we’re humans and we make mistakes. Work is always different, however you must know how to plan your daily tasks properly to avoid stress as office is really busy. Even though it gets really really busy sometimes, everyone supports each other as much as they can. Best staff ever! I’ll miss them! Managers take staff out for drinks and food and buy everything they want! Sbliving contractors are always helpful and polite. They’re a part of a team too. Good working hours from 9am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri

If you aren’t sociable, working in this company wouldn’t suit you then. sbliving team loves going out and spend time together! This is what I’ll miss the most! You must also love dogs as managers bring their dogs to the office. Dog lovers will enjoy this as they’re really cute.
