Good pace of development; has international divisions, so you have a chance to get a position in one of the foreign branches; rapidly growing international bank
Cons
Bank still has few remnants of the past (e.g. bureaucracy); greta size it's not always the best, so you have to adopt to such a 'machine', but it's also relevant for all kind of corporations
