Well from my 2 years at this Org. and a smooth exit.Truth for u all ,I realised the Onshore team has left operations completely autopilot to the India leadership and they hence Operate like a typical "Factory" ecosystem.You'll either see people who've worked here all their Corp life or people <18 months all because seasoned people have gained Thorough promotions by ways and means that have nothing todo with skill ops and because they know their charade wont let them prosper in a fully functional and accountable enviornment. I heard some departments are so incompetent that they are now assigning nameslips on Desks deciding seating arrangements of people. All the things about office politics i saw on reels and couldnt relate to Was very much evident here Everyday. You could take an idea by Male Lead's adding newcomer's to their personal social's on induction itself if not then Socialising and personalising decides the graph of promotions and retentions here. Although exceptions do exist High praises fir workaholics and their hardwork is very duly recognised as well but I've observed a few associates having monthly salary credits since months with nil work just because they are dolled up and Occasional hangouts with Leads in BYOB's.
