Pros

No positive points to mention

Cons

An extremely toxic and miserable place to work with little to no upside. Ask any current or ex-employee all will have similar sentiments. The general manager, Paul Jones, love segregation and making sure everyone knows where they belong. Turn over rate is ridiculously high, the reasoning for this is because they treat employees with little respect. How can anything get accomplished this way? HR turns a blind eye and doesnt/ cannot stop workplace bullying because the GM is the bully. Ownership is oblivious or simply does not care. Its a very sad state when your reputation precedes you and you do nothing but feed into it. Here, you will quickly learn that your opinion does not matter, only the GM’s. If you try to make decisions without GM’s approval- you will be promptly slapped across the wrist via unpaid suspensions or firing. Your whole time here will be filled with micromanagement and a hole bunch of BS designed to frustrate you. I do not recommend working for Sawridge, this isn’t slander, it is not dragging their name through the mud, and I am not a disgruntled employee. I just believe people should know what they are walking into . Do yourself a favor and dodge this bullet!
