Pros

Hours Pay No work on weekends

Cons

Where do I start with this place? Let's start off with the reason why myself and 4 other co workers got fired. We were all fired for asking our CEO about a potential pay raise after working there for a year. I worked in the werehouse department which included the following duties: lifting 80 to 100 pound items by yourself every day for customers orders. Unloading trucks by hand. Unloading 300 pound saws with 1 other person in 90 degree heat. We were not aloud to use the forklifts. The forklift drivers are all stoners and meth users. (They get high in the parking lot on their breaks) some even drink on the job. The were house itself doesn't have any heating or AC so you are either freezing cold or sweating your butt off. The ceo and president of the company have come out and said during a meeting that we were all disposable and fireable at any time. And that from our position in the werehouse we cant grow or move up the ladder. Absolute joke of a company.

Pros

The engineering staff is great. The engineering managers do care about their direct reports. Lots of fun innovative work.

Cons

There is a lack of focus with the teams ping ponging around on development without a process. This is due to the Engineering VP level. There’s been a parade of VPs over the last 6-8 years, continually changing team and product dynamics. Very reactionary, rather than strategic. It’s gotten slightly better, but still ad hoc reactions to things that could easily have been anticipated.
