Scam - Anonymous employee Savoya Employee Review

Management is a complete joke here. Their HR person is one person, who is directly related to upper management. Another thing, all of upper management is somewhat related and it is nepotism at it's finest. You will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays as Savoya is open 24/7 365 days out of the year. Management and the "HR" have no personality and are sticks in the mud. Pay seems high, but that is because you will be working undesirable hours and missing out on most/all holidays and special occasions as a newcomer because you will be getting the worst schedules.
