The Saviynt "Family".... - Anonymous employee Saviynt Employee Review

The current CEO and President repeatedly talked about their employees being a priority, making it THEIR goal to ensure their employees were successful, happy, challenged while being part of the so called Saviynt “family”. I was fooled by these statements. Having been a loyal, high performing, dedicated employee, I was let go along with several other high performing members of my team. We were given no other reason aside from “organizational changes” - earlier that same week multiple new employees were hired for the team. No announcement around this and/or input from the team however, it was pretty obvious who was in the know by seeing connections on LinkedIn. I was asked to participate in a Zoom call, within the first two minutes I was told my position was being eliminated and within 15 second of the Zoom ending my connection was cut, I was given a “severance” (I put in quotes, because it was laughable), I was given no context, the remaining balance on my FSA card was no longer mine and I was told I was not able to know who else from my team was let go. I was treated as if I was a criminal….not part of a “family”.
