Pros
Saviynt UK has a strong product, ambitious vision, and talented people, but my experience of the culture raised serious concerns. It felt like a heavily male-dominated environment where women’s wellbeing and safety were not always treated as a priority. In my experience, instances of men harassing women were raised with management but appeared to be brushed under the rug rather than properly addressed. There was a strong sense that if certain individuals were delivering results or performing commercially, their behaviour was tolerated or minimised. This created an environment where numbers and performance seemed to matter more than ensuring women felt safe, respected, and supported in the workplace. While the company has a compelling product and market vision, I would encourage women considering joining to ask direct questions about culture, accountability, and how workplace complaints are handled in practice.
