Just ok. - Anonymous employee Saven Tech Employee Review

I have worked for Saven Tecnologies for over 6 years now. Prior to that, I was directly employed by a technology startup (2 years) and a large insurance company (5.5 years). As a senior consultant, Saven gave me autonomy in selecting which clients I work with and disengage from, based on my preferences. The pay and benefits have been competitive and certain benefits like workforce regulatory compliance aka immigration support has been un-parallel in my experience. I had FTE job leads from a couple of FAANG companies but I decided to stay with Saven because they treat me well and treat me like a valuable employee.

There are many cons I think of.

Little bit of learning opportunities. Work from home option. Have to be very aggressive and willing to take leadership or else will get kicked out of the company.

Manager are partial to employees. If not in favor to them then the employee will be kicked out of the company. Stretch long hours of work.No proper planning of software releases. Employees are made to work late night even female employees. No monetary benefits.
