Pros

-One thing the leadership team has done well in the past is hire great people outside of the leadership team. While pretty much all of my friends have left Save the Storks at this point, I have made some of my closest friends through my job here. -Your job as purpose and it is easy to be passionate about the cause. -Coffee, snacks, and fun work events and trips.

Cons

The leadership team is manipulative and totally misguided in their approach to leading a team of people. They make six figures, while everyone else is making a little above minimum wage. It often felt as though they used prayer and devotionals to manipulate their staff into "trusting" them despite there being no reason to trust them and their decisions. In the past year, they have lost over a dozen employees, which for a very small organization should really say something.

Pros

I value life and love the opportunities given to me at Save the Storks that help the nation see/value the lives growing in pregnant women. The leadership is excellent at looking at your skills and placing you in a position to add value to the organization.

Cons

Pro-life work is multi-layered/faceted. It is an important call on your life. I suggest praying through working in full-time ministry, nit because this ministry is hard- The work is! I have no complaints there are no cons to working to help women and glorify the Lord at the same time, in my opinion.
