The team at Savant is a really diverse and welcoming group of people. Everyone is lovely and very supportive, and it's a great environment to work in. You get lots of opportunities to travel internationally, and lots of hands-on experience at an early stage. Great place to learn about conference production and develop key skills.

Benefits (holidays, WFH, sick leave, etc.) are rather limited.

A closely knitted team working on a fantastic portfolio of event in the heart of London. Fresh, young, vibrant with supporting senior management.

None that is noteworthy and bear in mind there is no perfect company. Its a cool company to work for.
