Pros

They supply uniforms and have a boot allowance.

Cons

Employees never feel secure with their job. Always looking for another for when they are released. The turnover is very high, employees are always nervous they will be let go. Inward facing cameras in the trucks are monitored daily and counciling includes yawning, looking down, sneezing, and head turning sideways too much. Weekly employees are threatened with their jobs if they aren’t 100 percent perfect. There is also a favoritism for certain drivers. If new you will be treated with the worst runs and sometimes will have to wait for hours for runs which are unpaid. A lot of time you don’t get paid for. You make the same weather you work and 8 hour day or an 16 hour day. Management will make you use the 16 hour rule to sit.
