Where do I start. When I first started at SavaTree it was all smiles and compliments everyday. After a while that morphed into constant micromanagement and unreasonable expectations. I tried asking for guidance on managing the extra tasks given and never got a response. I was treated like an outcast after politely asking my manager to communicate more clearly when I missed a meeting that she never said was mandatory. Ever since I started it was an optional meeting, we already had a lot of tasks to finish on the daily and had to be ready to answer the phone or else you'd get an email asking why we missed calls. I've received such emails after taking my 30 minute break and the one and only other coworker was available to take calls. The office manager was hypocritical and told us specific ways to handle different processes and when she had to take care of it, she wouldn't follow the set rules she gave us. I was wrongfully written up because of "disrespect," although I've received plenty of passive aggressive emails from this manager and even the silent treatment. All managers at this branch seem miserable like they truly hate themselves or their jobs and they do not know how to lead correctly. It's all about brown nosing and knowing people in higher places. The turnover rate is insane, even customers would complain about having new arborists or specialists that don't know what they're doing.
