You’ll love working here if you want to learn and grow. There’s so much opportunity if you are willing to do the work. Yes, work! Most of the managers I’ve met over the years have worked their way up from the field, corporate managers included. Show initiative, be open to learning, and have a positive attitude and you will be happy here. My manager cares about my training. The company seems to really care that our guys are safe. Just like any other company, if you come in with the attitude that you’re owed something then it’s the wrong place for you. You get out of each day what you put into it. I love my coworkers and my job! It’s a second home.

401k match is low, but I like that they offer it in the first place...better than nothing and I can always increase my contribution
