None pretty much a laid back cool job

Decent income Good PTO (except difficult to use because you get s*** if you take a day off)

Ongoing additional duties assigned to all positions that have nothing to do with job/position/title/etc. Understaffed!!! Instead of filling positions once people quit/retire, they work the remaining staff to the bone. Giving more job responsibility that is below job qualifications
