Too many cons to count 1) The HR team acts like Mafia and use unethical ways to “manage” staff of lower grades 2) HR encourage and propagate bullying culture by illogically siding with more snr ranks. A high rank doesn’t mean that employee is right 3) HR benefits are very bad. Only give decent benefits to the VP and above 4) a lot of the HR people don’t do work and just shows up at meetings 5) none of the feedback employees provides are taken seriously. They are also constantly dismissed. Only those of high rank are treated with any decency
