many, many cons Training period is very long and rigorous, they want you to learn and understand everything in 30 days. lots of assessments during the training. they dont understand that one learns with time and by experience. It is a school, learn as quick as you can, else they fire you. he training process feels extremely fast-paced, and at times it seems like learners are expected to perform perfectly within a very short period of time. Every person learns differently, and confidence, communication, and practical understanding improve with time and real experience.

Poor training and lack of knowledge. I was in the company 2-3 weeks back and left just by how things work. The trainer has absolutely 0% knowledge on the product they service for, half the questions I asked she could not answer. She can not speak even a single sentence fluently , wonder how it works here. I was with the company hardly for weeks and was disappointed with the system of how it works. The HR responses are eternity late, unless they need something from you. Anybody, who is talented and seeking professional growth - I do not recommend joining here. If your expectations are low go for it
