Pros

A large company with family owned roots, willing to invest financially and doesn't make hair trigger decisions.

Cons

There's a big disconnect between the way our leadership talks about the culture of Sasser and the way things really are. Maybe it isn't that way with all the businesses but I see it time and time again for our business. There are a lot of things the company does on culture and being a strong team and I think some of our leadership mean well. But people are afraid to say anything about what's going on because the people that are supposed to be there for us to talk to are the same people that are causing the problem. I try my best to work with them but it their way or no way when they're supposed to be partners.

We’re sorry to hear that your Sasser experience so far hasn’t been what you or we would hope, but that doesn’t have to be the story. We strongly encourage you to speak with your manager or contact Human Resources to have a solutions-based discussion about improving your Sasser experience. For us to be the best Sasser possible, we all have to see ourselves as stakeholders who are empowered to practice openness and co-accountability. We hope that you’ll use the communications channels we make available to all employees and thank you for your feedback.
