Pros

Good benefits, extra paid holidays, bonus

Cons

No remote work for most of the employee. Workload affect mental health and work life balance. Fight for better starting salary, else you will see people with less knowledge and less skills have way higher salary than you. And it is very difficult to increase significant salary. Salary increase depend on performance points, and max salary increase is little more than 4% yearly. Most will get little less than 3% yearly and some even less than 2%. So lets say if you earn 60K yearly, next year 3% increase will give you extra $34 weekly. not even a dollar increase per hour.

Pros

Great people, great benefit, flexible schedule. Work pressure is minimal. OT is non existent.

Cons

Job is not very challenging. I was in a union position so everything is based on seniority. I ended up with quitting the job and started my own company.
