Love and hate - Administrative Clerk Sarpy County Administration Employee Review

If you aren’t PERFECT within 2 months, you’re let go. No room for errors. Trainer and management are two-faced. Makes you look horrible on paper but tells a different story to your face. Personal dislike for someone overrides the good work they do. Training is horrible and lacking big time. Contradicting information/processes. Something that’s okay for one person is not okay for another. If you have a different learning style than others, good luck. Cliques are very real.
