Excellent investment options. Good benefit plan. They have a reward program that lets you select a free gift if you collect enough points. Points are based on good safety practices, attendance, etc. Gifts vary from jewellery and pen sets to power tools and microwaves.
Cons
There is a very 'my way or the highway' approach from higher management. Which of course, trickles down through the ranks and creates an atmosphere of fear of upsetting the status quo. It also means new ideas are given the quick fake nod of approval and immediate dismissal. There is absolutely zero respect given to the off time of employees. It is a rare occasion to not get a call from the office on your day off. In fact, more often than not, there are several calls. Worse than telemarketers.
