      Pros

      A good company, good pay and great benefits. Plenty of interesting work and opportunities to use lots of different technologies. Big commitment to training employees. Most people that join like it and stay long term. Company has good commitment to environment and people.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of opportunity for advancement within IT, but this will likely change in the coming years.

      Pros

      -Decent entry level pay for newly graduated mechanical engineer as a reliability engineer -Operations-Maintenance coordination has some improvements, not sure if they will stick

      Cons

      -Cloquet mill is very disorganized and chaotic -Near constant reactive "firefighting" operations -Maintenance department is not treated as a partner, but rather as a servant -Training in maintenance is a joke
