      Pros

      Working at Sappi is very beneficial because you're given a chance to study for free, but a course which is in line with your duties. There's is Employee Well Being programme (EWB) designed to help employees.

      Cons

      Working a 12 hours shift is very tiring and a 8 hour shift should be considered

      Pros

      -Decent entry level pay for newly graduated mechanical engineer as a reliability engineer -Operations-Maintenance coordination has some improvements, not sure if they will stick

      Cons

      -Cloquet mill is very disorganized and chaotic -Near constant reactive "firefighting" operations -Maintenance department is not treated as a partner, but rather as a servant -Training in maintenance is a joke
