Pros
- Friendly and young working environment - Office's areas spacious and the equipment are up-to-date - Not much training programs that are related to the work, but some useful just for your general skills and it helps you for the future engagements. - Almost 20% couples in this company are started as colleagues, and some even got married to their co-workers as well, so... - There are some leaders/team-managers that are good at taking care of their members
Cons
- Salary and OT policy are not exactly friendly, have to work voluntarily OT since there are too much works and so little pay. - Sale teams are the "key" force in this company, so sometime they have powers to make everything in your works miserable (some of them are, most of salesperson are friendly and understandable), if you don't know how to deal with them. - The procedures sometimes are quite redundant and not flexible since there are always a "way" to get around and probably mostly used by sale teams to get their customers.
