      Pros

      This is a company that doesn’t focus on the Office politics and values a team. They reward hard work more than I have ever experienced in my 18 years in this industry.

      Cons

      No 401K or Health Insurance offered. Short office hours on Friday’s.... yes I said it. Early off days when sometimes that is your busiest day.
