      Good Work Life Balance Great Company culture Competent Salary as per market for new hire

      Cons

      Less Leaves. Not competent with India. No Salary revision at current market level In Past they were competent with market but they are not able to match the salary for old employee as per current market. But for new hire they are competent with current market trends.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
