Discouraged from working overtime (is that really a con?)

Good customer support and stable software applications/ support.

Executive turnovers, healthcare benefits were substandard, no training, layoffs, unstable, no communication, loss of customers and company was recently acquired. Very little communications with management. No holiday parties.
