Selecta is addressing a decade or more of legacy and introducing state-of-the-art technologies. Some very able people with real commitment to the operation. Actions are improving the infrastructure and processes that Selecta relies on to run its operations. Core products are sound.
Cons
A lot of effort, issues in coordinating requirements and transforming the operation taking it toll on the organisation. Loss of expertise with key staff leaving resulting in unrealistic expectations of delivery from those remaining. Competition stepping in to fill gaps and opportunities by Selecta going through the transformation process.
