Good people, holidays off, growing bank with new opportunities on the horizon
Cons
Sales is more important that operations. As a teller or BOM, you are on the hook for not meeting your goals.. but recieve minimal praise for being operationally sound. Raises were offensively miniscule. You only make money through sales bonuses rather than raises
