Pros
There's so much to love here. I feel like I'm contributing to something that's going to be big, and if nothing else, that gives me a huge sense of pride.I also feel highly valued by everyone on staff, right down to the great pay and insane benfits. The people that I work with at all levels are simply wonderful. Some of those people were very high ranking positions in other major corporations, and I honestly feel so lucky and blessed to be able to learn from them. I'm learning so much every day, and I'm positive that after many years of working with Santa, I'll be prepared for whatever life has for me next.
Cons
Things can be a bit chaotic with short due dates at times, but that's part of working with a startup.
