Low Morale - Anonymous employee Santa Barbara Botanic Garden Employee Review

Agree with comments about low morale and directors seeming confused all the time. No one seems to know what theyre doing and everything is last minute and put on lower level staff to clean up. Horrible collaboration between departents and bad use of funds. They keep hiring more people in some departments rather than the ones that need more people. The older staff disrespects younger staff constantly. No growth opportunities either
