The place is a great starting point for a college student, but that's it.

Employees great treated like trash. Lack of support from upper management and the owners are completely checked out. Management is cheap and does not want to invest into the company, they claim to be a multi-million dollar a year company yet they can't even upgrade their own computers. They'll just swap you machine with another broken PC. Don't bother asking for support if you have clients, you'll be talking to deaf ears.
