Pros
Good pay, great benefits especially vacation time. Overall seem to care about employees and making a work environment that can be enjoyed. Provide tuition reimbursement for undergrad and Master's degrees. Excellent 401K match provided.
Cons
Highly regulated by the FDA and the stress that comes from routine FDA inspections. Hiring freeze has limited your ability to move up or to a different department within the company. Depending on the department can be highly competitive and overtime is encouraged especially for projects with unrealistic deadlines. This can be frustrating.
