      Excellent training, good work culture, strong sense of job security if you are productive and willing to take on projects and leadership roles.

      Cons

      Very poor base pay considering work level and leadership expectations. Supply issues that are no fault of the reps negatively impact bonus potential.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
