Dissatisfied with Sanmina Management Team - Engineer Sanmina Employee Review

No one would like to take responsibility in this company. Company process is extremely slow, one personal computer may take up to 8 months to get. Good leaders are gone, the rest do not know how to manage people at all. Bosses will not communicate with you. Headcount transfer without notice. No teamwork at all. If u want to accomplish of something, you may have to complete the whole thing by yourself without help. And no one will thank you for this. In a word, if you want to achieve any goal on your career, do not come to this company.
