Pros
Excellent place to gain experience in a very fast-paced, large corporate environment. There are over 2000 employees in the Huntsville plant and the local support teams are understaffed. There is always work to do, and a solid sense of usefulness and accomplishment. The maintenance staff does a good job in keeping the facility clean which fosters a healthy work environment. Security is not oppressive. A very friendly and helpful group of co-workers.
Cons
Lower than average compensation and pay-raise rates. Extremely thick bureaucracy that often creates annoying hurdles to jump through when trying to accomplish a job. Frequent high-percentage layoffs ("Reduction In Force"). Low opportunity for advancement in some positions.
