Pros

My coworkers were fantastic, and my program director did everything he could to support us.

Cons

The company does not care at all about client care and they make that very clear. You are forced to forsake the quality of care in order to get as many clients in the door as possible. Groups are either over populated or there is only 1 person. Upper management did not care in the slightest and don’t even bother to communicate with program staff citing “chain of command”. When we were finally able to voice our concerns we were dismissed immediately. When fears were presented about clients being placed in the WRONG level of care and suicidal ideation among clients increasing upper management said “if they fail in IOP then we can move them” …if they fail they die. That’s just the way they treat clients, and I promise staff are not treated any better. You get no holidays off except Xmas and thanksgiving and start with no PTO or sick time. Not to mention, the way upper mgmt consistently disrespects and disregards staff regularly and make it’s next to impossible to approach them, even when they are in the same building. I honestly have an abundance of terrible things to say about this company and I was literally 1 of 7 people to quit during my 6 months there, but if none of the above stops you, good luck.

Pros

For some roles there is some flexibility and there are a few genuine and good people.

Cons

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization as a place of employment. Some of the concerns noted in other reviews were consistent with what I observed during my time there. In my role, expectations often felt misaligned with the actual scope of responsibilities, and there was a recurring pattern of increased workload without an adjustment in compensation. The starting compensation range for many roles also appeared low relative to the level of responsibility required. The individuals working within the organization are highly educated and qualified professionals, and my experience suggests a need for more sustainable compensation structures in relation to workload and expectations. At times, there also appeared to be a limited understanding of the demands placed on clinicians and site leadership, from the perspective of leadership and HR, which impacted clarity around roles and workload distribution. Additionally, the organization would benefit from improved structure, coordination, and more consistent internal processes, as there are inefficiencies related to how the organization operates. Overall, my experience reflects ongoing structural and operational challenges that made the work environment difficult.
