I worked in sandhata around 1 year, friendly work environment, the team was very good, and knowledgeable. First-year enjoyed a lot. friendly work environment. Very Good team and very good technical skills. there is a lot of scope to learn new technologies. facilities were average. the pay scale was good. flexible working hours.
Cons
They don't have multiple clients. So no job security, any time they can fire. If project over, you will be thrown out of company. They dont care about notice period. There is no scope to retain employees. No bench policy, No rules, no policies, no discussion, all are false promises. they don't care about employees future, once project over, you will be treated as a waste paper. poor HR process, they were only conveying the decision taken by management. Backdoor employees will have a higher preference to retain. Management decision was final, no discussion, no exit interviews, no feedback, no process at all. There is a very very high iteration rate. people come and go like every 3 months.
