      Pros

      Amazing and affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as other company provided benefits, 401k with employer match, opportunities for growth and advancement, great vacation and PTO policy, the company is always looking for ways to improve in various aspects

      Cons

      The only con for me is how far I live from Sanderson Pipe but it is definitely worth the drive!

      Even if your injured they try to make you work as if nothing happened.

      Pros

      Friendly staff and as I stated in the headline, great place to start your maintenance career if you are eager to learn. Lots of opportunity to learn different trades, i.e plumbing, electrical, mechanical, which is essential in strengthening your maintenance skills. Didn’t have any problems with the company while I worked there. Everyone seemed to like their job.

      Cons

      Only 40 hours a week for the maintenance team when I was working there. Pretty much the reason why I left. Wanted to work overtime so I left for a job that had a lot of OT.
