Pros

Fun environment for the guests when everything is working correctly

Cons

Strict on-time policy that can tick off guests albeit necessary. Upper management has no desire to help tackle store level issues at this point because it all about profit. Work life balance is not ideal. Your technically work 40 hours a week but with all the issues that can happen with customers and tech issues you are expected to answer your phone as long as the place is open. I've received calls or texts on my off time from my manager at midnight on a Saturday demanding answers to what's happening when I'm obviously not there. No raises at all in the time I was there.

Pros

It's fun; you can learn a lot, and you can meet people.

Cons

Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
