Pros
Nice facilities, and mostly decent staff who would be very successful if they were properly trained and given the opportunity to do their jobs.
Cons
The atmosphere within the company is absolutely poisonous. I've never had a job where I felt so stifled and micro-managed in my life, including regular brow-beating and back-stabbing from management and co-workers, unethical behavior, and a complete lack of respect for employees. Turnover rates are unbelievable--few employees on the administrative side make it past the one-year mark, and training is so poor that good people are rotated through the revolving door and released again before they have a chance to sink or swim. Supposedly there have been major changes in management since my days with this company, but unless the owners have also been replaced, I would steer clear, because the unpleasantness definitely starts at the top.
