Pros
At first, the company is full of energy and passionate people. You are surrounded by really supportive and friendly faces. The vacation policy is good and the community efforts are amazing.
Cons
If you aren’t a man, or act like a guy, this company will immediately label you as “lazy, complacent, and unmotivated”. I saw so many hardworking people leave Sana because they internalized this mentality and felt worthless. Don’t believe me? Ask the 6 ladies who left sana in a 6 month period. Don’t worry, Sana backfilled the positions with “motivated” men. So be careful if you don’t fit this definition. Lastly, so many women were harassed by this one person at Sana and nobody did anything. Even saw an entire team witness the harassment in a company meet up and nothing was done. Girls would avoid going on company trips because of this person. Again, nothing was done. Wonder why all the women left.
