Pros
Truly a fun place to work. Overtime is what you make it. Work/life balance is not a myth here. The job rarely comes home with you and weekends are truly your time (unless an on call employee). Flexible hours for most employees with many opportunities for growth. Owner knows most people on a first name basis. Good management in most departments with many examples of decade long tenure or more.
Cons
Poorly structured training in most non-call center departments. HR is very corporate while the rest of the company is still "family owned and operated". Managers, while nice and flexible, could do better at giving feedback and following through. Benefits are not superior and compensation is lower than industry standards. There are virtually no opportunities for continuing education.
