Really Rude Leads - Quality Assurance SanMar Employee Review

I worked on the quality assurance side of their online business for sometime. The leads lack planning and courtesy. Meetings are intense bcse of lack of proper knowledge transfer. They shout at anyone in the room as if employees are bonded laborers.
